During the ceremony marking the installation of the containment structure for the plant’s first reactor, Putin indicated that the El-Dabaa project represents a strategic initiative to boost clean energy production in Egypt. In a nod to the occasion, President Putin extended his warm wishes to Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi on his birthday. He expressed his appreciation for President el-Sisi’s efforts in guiding Egypt and promoting the nation’s interests on both regional and international fronts.
