أكدت شركة المياه الوطنية لـ«عكاظ»، أنه سيتم تطبيق الجزاءات بحق المخالفين للتسعيرة الرسمية لصهاريج المياه والإجراءات التنظيمية المعتمدة، في حال رصد أي مخالفة.
جاء ذلك، رداً على ما نشرته «عكاظ» بعنوان «حوية الطائف تواجه أزمة مياه.. وصهاريج السوق السوداء تقفز إلى 500 ريال». وأوضحت الشركة، أنها تعمل على خدمة عملائها والأخذ بملاحظاتهم، سعياً إلى تحسين ورفع مستوى الخدمات المقدمة لهم، مبينة أن صهاريج المياه التابعة لمتعهديها متاحة عبر القنوات الرقمية للشركة وفق تسعيرة موحدة ومحددة تعتمد على سعة الصهريج والمسافة إلى عقار العميل.
وأضافت الشركة، أنها أطلقت أخيراً خدمة جدولة طلبات الصهاريج خلال أيام الأسبوع، بما يتيح للعملاء الحصول على الصهريج في الوقت المناسب وفق احتياجاتهم، مؤكدة أن الخدمة تهدف إلى رفع الكفاءة التشغيلية، وتنظيم تقديم الخدمة، وضمان وصولها إلى جميع العملاء وفق أعلى المواصفات والمعايير.
ونوهت الشركة إلى أهمية جدولة طلبات الصهاريج بصورة دورية، بما يسهم في الحصول على الخدمة بشكل منتظم، داعية العملاء إلى طلب صهاريج المياه عبر القنوات الرقمية الرسمية لضمان جودة الخدمة، كما حثت على التواصل والإبلاغ عن أي ملاحظات تتعلق بخدماتها عبر قنواتها الرسمية.
The National Water Company confirmed to “Okaz” that penalties will be applied against violators of the official pricing for water tankers and the approved regulatory procedures, in the event that any violation is detected.
This came in response to what “Okaz” published under the title “Taif’s Huwaiyah Faces a Water Crisis… and Black Market Tankers Jump to 500 Riyals.” The company clarified that it is working to serve its customers and take their feedback into account, in an effort to improve and elevate the level of services provided to them, noting that the water tankers affiliated with its contractors are available through the company’s digital channels at a unified and fixed price based on the capacity of the tanker and the distance to the customer’s property.
The company added that it recently launched a scheduling service for tanker requests during the weekdays, allowing customers to receive the tanker at the appropriate time according to their needs, confirming that the service aims to enhance operational efficiency, organize service delivery, and ensure it reaches all customers according to the highest specifications and standards.
The company emphasized the importance of regularly scheduling tanker requests, which contributes to receiving the service in a timely manner, urging customers to request water tankers through the official digital channels to ensure service quality, and also encouraged communication and reporting of any feedback related to its services through its official channels.
