ناقش وزراء التجارة والصناعة بدول مجلس التعاون خلال اجتماعهم تنفيذ توجيهات قادة دول المجلس في لقائهم التشاوري التاسع عشر (جدة، 28 أبريل 2026)، المتعلقة بتعزيز التكامل والجهود الخليجية المشتركة في المجالين التجاري والصناعي.
وأوضح الأمين العام لمجلس التعاون جاسم محمد البديوي، أن الاجتماع الاستثنائي، الذي عُقد عبر الاتصال المرئي برئاسة وزير الصناعة والتجارة بمملكة البحرين رئيس الدورة الحالية عبدالله عادل فخرو، استعرض الخطوات التي اتخذتها الأمانة العامة للبدء في تنفيذ التوجيهات السامية، إضافة إلى الجهود التي قامت بها اللجنة العليا في الأمانة العامة، وخطة العمل المستقبلية بالتنسيق مع الدول الأعضاء للخروج بتوصيات تسهم في تعزيز العمل التجاري والصناعي الخليجي.
وأشار البديوي، إلى أن الوزراء أشادوا بالجهود التي بذلتها اللجنة العليا في الأمانة العامة، مؤكدين أهمية تعزيز وتكثيف العمل الخليجي المشترك للوصول إلى رؤى واضحة للمشاريع المستقبلية.
وفي ختام تصريحه، أعرب البديوي عن شكره وتقديره لوزراء التجارة والصناعة بدول المجلس على الدعم الكبير الذي قدموه للجنة العليا، بما يمكّنها من أداء مهامها بكفاءة.
The Ministers of Commerce and Industry of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries discussed during their meeting the implementation of the directives of the leaders of the Council during their nineteenth consultative meeting (Jeddah, April 28, 2026), related to enhancing integration and joint Gulf efforts in the commercial and industrial fields.
The Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council, Jasem Mohammed Al-Budaiwi, explained that the extraordinary meeting, which was held via video conference and chaired by the Minister of Industry and Commerce of the Kingdom of Bahrain, the current session’s president, Abdullah Adel Fakhro, reviewed the steps taken by the General Secretariat to begin implementing the high directives, in addition to the efforts made by the Supreme Committee in the General Secretariat, and the future action plan in coordination with the member states to come up with recommendations that contribute to enhancing Gulf commercial and industrial work.
Al-Budaiwi pointed out that the ministers praised the efforts made by the Supreme Committee in the General Secretariat, emphasizing the importance of enhancing and intensifying joint Gulf work to reach clear visions for future projects.
In conclusion of his statement, Al-Budaiwi expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Ministers of Commerce and Industry of the Council countries for the significant support they provided to the Supreme Committee, enabling it to perform its duties efficiently.
